My family and I come here every Sunday!! We absolutely love coming here!!! The food is amazing and we adore, Kim, Karen, and Tiffany. They are the most amazing waitresses we have come across in a long time. They know our family by name and they always greet us even if we are being waited on by another person. They really make you feel like family here. This is the only location we have visited and the only one we will come to!!! Love this place!! Become a rewards member too!! It's very easy to accumulate points. We use ours all the time. The manager ( female ) is a bit attitudy but everyone else makes up for her!!! :)

Very delicious. I ordered the Greek omelet and did not realize how huge it was until it arrived. I assumed it was a small basin omelet - boy was I wrong! Haha! Everything was yummy. Our server was good too and attentive. The only reason for the four stars and not five is because the person who delivered our good (not the server) had an attitude towards me over what I ordered. Seriously? How is what I order any of your business? Lmao. Anyway. Other than everything was super great and we will definitely be returning.

We have been there and we will not go again ...after 35 min I had wrong dish and then they told they will change I waited 10 min more and then I canceled even they did not say sorry for this .I also talked with the manager but also he did not do anything . I never go there again

THEY HAVE GLUTEN FREE WAFFLES!!!! And boy, are they delicious! Even my husband who is not gluten free agreed they were better than regular waffles. This is the ONLY location that has them and I will drive from Pembroke Pines just for those yummy waffles :) Of course, the rest of the dish was also great, especially the tons of bacon they serve!

Had the breakfast burrito, tried the Belgian waffle and both were good. The coffee tasted fresh. The server was very pleasant. The problem is how long you have to wait to get a table. There are plenty of places you can go to, get a similar breakfast, and have less of a wait to sit down. I will go again but never at a busy time (like Sunday morning).

Breakfast was great, server was a bit inattentive. Current map is wrong, it's SOUTH of Southern in front of Lowes. Same issue with the Chic Filet across the street, location is mapped wrong.

The pancakes are to die for, and is the only reason I would come back here. I also ordered bacon and eggs. The eggs were bland and the omelette that one of us ordered was burnt and tasteless.

HORRIBLE service!!!! It never fails every time we come the service sucks! The only thing bringing us back is the food. We waited 10 min for a table today and then another 15 min for a server to come to our table, but that never happened so we left. Pretty sure we won't be coming back after this...

I certainly don't agree with the other posters as I've always had good experiences here. Food is always fresh, well preparred

I was not expecting 4-5 star experience but It was really great. Food ingredients were fresh and baking the omelette was different. The place was really clean! The clean silverware is what brought my attention to the overall cleanliness. Server was sweet and attentive., even touched my shoulder as she came by to check on me. Interesting in a nation averse to positive nurturing touch as adults.

I originally found this place by using Yelp and I'm glad I did. It is absolutely one of the best all-time breakfast joints in the universe. The pancakes are made fresh every morning and they sure taste it. Fresh squeezed orange juice. pretty good corned beef hash, excellent apple pancakes, waffles and french toast too. But my favorite is the blintz along with real Vermont maple syrup and their strawberry sauce. Off the charts delicious. And the waitresses are, without fail, one of the happiest bunch of waitresses you will ever find. I don't know how Original Pancake House motivates these girls but they are, without exception, terrific. This is a great spot. Check it out.

Had to switch tables because there were ants all over the first one. Ordered the eggs Benedict, not that great. Server couldn't have been nicer though.

I go there and meet friends twice a month. The food is good and the service is good. We usually request Teri, as a server, she is excellent. Obviously We will return for the breakfast gatherings.

Food was good. Bacon was excellent. Cherry Kijafa Crepes were awesome. Blueberry pancakes come with a nice light syrup. Service was average but not bad.

The service could be better, I had a 222. The food was good but not great. I would probably come back here again.

This restaurant is outstanding. We eat here on an almost weekly basis and the service is outstanding. I think the pancakes are the best I've ever had and they make their syrup homemade every day. The fresh squeezed orange juice is out of this world and all of the servers are dedicated to providing friendly service. We are most impressed by servers Karen and Tiffany. Don't miss out on enjoying this incredible restaurant.

My experience seems to have been a little better than the previous reviewer. The staff was friendly and checked on us frequently. The coffee was just ok, but my Strawberry Blintzes were pretty tasty. They give you three large blintzes and I don't think I finished half of it. They also have some interesting menu items that I haven't seen before, like the Dutch Baby and Apple Baby. I might go back when I'm in town to give those a try, but it wouldn't be my first choice for breakfast.

We went to visit my sister in Wellington, FL. On our last day in Florida, we thought we would all go out for breakfast. Perhaps I am spoiled by all the great, fantastic restaurants that we have in Chicago, IL but I was sadly disappointed at the food here. The pancakes were average. Nothing spectacular. The scrambled eggs were a bit runny. How can anyone mess up scrambled eggs? Maybe they added to much cream or milk or water to the eggs. Not sure. We enjoyed our coffee. The coffee was fairly decent. We liked the crepes. They were edible. The sausage tasted like it was cooked in day old oil. The bacon was burned. It wasn't good. Period. Service was not attentive. Our Server went "MIA" several times. When we finally found her we asked for our check, gave her the cash immediately and got the hell out of there.

My children absolutely loved this place. We ate there after I got off work. The children had their chocolate chip pancakes with syrup. My son had his with whipped cream and my daughter has her plain. Very sweet and chocolately. It was in a stack of 3 pancakes and they ate it all up. I had their Cherry Kijafa Crepes. This was a combination of sweet and tart. Three crepes wrapped in cherries and covered in Kijafa wine sauce. I added some whipped cream to sweeten them up more. The service is very friendly and the place is like a diner but with a restaurant feel. The place has an over-sized juicer that makes fresh orange juice every day. All their ingredients are local so you get quality food. This is not a fast food service place. They take their time making quality meals. Prices go up as high as $12 but the portions are big so you get what you paid for.

This used to be one of my favorite places, however lately it has been sub standard. Very greasy food, the coffee tastes stale, and the eggs taste powdered. So sad that one of my favorite places has goon so down hill.

The Original Pancake House probably has some of the weakest pancakes in town. Don't visit on Sunday for you'll wait with lines of church goers just leaving Christ Fellowship Church from across the street.

Worst breakfast ever! Potatoes were inedible, very costly for breakfast and service was slow!

If you like coffee, then great. This place is nothing special and the staff seems to be more interested to know if it's 2pm yet (when they close). I have been there more than once, but probably won't go back. If you want to visit on a weekend, get there very early as the line/wait is easily 40 minutes plus. Basic breakfast-nothing special.
